Working on My Fitness

I've been "donating" to my gym for quite a while.  People always say there are no excuses for not working out.  Yes there is and I have plenty!  Since having a child, working out is one thing I must do if I want to have any kind of waist line.  My eating is on track using Weight Watcher's Simple Start plan, now I just need to get to the gym.    I figure if I get a few new pieces of workout clothes and some cute sneakers I may get some motivation.

How cute are all these sneakers?  Any of these would make me want to head to the gym just to sport them.  I hope to get back to my Zumba routine with a little bit of Pilates.  How are you working on your fitness?

  1. I do kickboxing since it's a full body workout.

  6. You can do it! Start off 1 or 2 times per week and then increase from there. Buying new workout gear always motivates. I want the fitbit watch.

  7. Cute workout clothes always up my motivation! And new music!
I've been "donating" to my gym too, but because I opt for quick at-home workouts. But I know I'll be back after the baby is here because I'll be working part time and CHILDCARE INCLUDED in the membership LOL I'll go just to walk on the treadmill and read in peace for an hour :)
