Mamanista Fridays: All Black Everything

This week for Mamanista Friday, we are wearing my favorite look, All Black Everything!  I don't know whats going on with me but I'm kind of obsessed with wearing black right now.  It could be because I'm struggling with my weight.  Anything to take the edge off, I'm with it.

Fall Uniform #PureJill

I found my fall uniform! You know the outfits that you are easy to take care of, comfortable and always make you look good.  I found mine at J. Jill in their Pure Jill collection.  The Pure Jill is a collection of uncomplicated clothing with a variety for textures and soft fabrics.  Uncomplicated fashion at it's best.

The $20 Jumpsuit

I'm an advocate for mixing high and low pieces.  I've been trying focus on buying more quality pieces  for my wardrobe this fall but these low price point stores keep calling me!  And then my girl Danielle from The Style and Beauty Doctor posted this $20 jumpsuit.  I straight swagger-jacked her and ran out an purchased this jumpsuit IMMEDIATELY! Seriously, on my lunch break! 

Mamanista Friday: Plaid

Happy Mamanista Friday!  I'm so ready for the weekend I can catch up with life.  But what's new?  You may have thought you dodged a "plaid" bullet last fall but it's back with a vengeance!  Plaid is everywhere and Mama Fashion Files and I are rocking it for this weeks Mamanista Friday.

Mommy + Me Flower Bombs

Peyton and I are back with a fresh Mommy and Me look!  I had my eye on sheer bomber jackets since spring.  When I saw that Posh Peyton carried one for little girls... I DIE!  I told her I had to have one!  I immediately found one for myself just like it!  

Mamanista Fridays: Animal Prints

Happy Mamanista Fridays!  I've decided I need to get a clone.  This week flew by and I had tons of stuff to do but only managed to get to about 20% of it.  I guess it happens to the best of us.  This post almost didn't happen either but I got my self together.  This weeks Mamanista Friday, Mama Fashion Files and I are wearing animal prints.  I'm so glad animal print is still going strong.

Mamanista Fridays: Booties

I always rush season changes, especially fall because it's my fave!  I'm so ready for fall I don't know what to do! I almost feel like staying in the house until it's 60 degrees out.  I'm tired of my wearing tank tops and painting my to nails.  I just want to wear boots and cute jackets.  Mama Fashion Files and I thought it would be great to incorporate some transitional pieces for Mamanista Fridays.  We pulled out our booties, a fall must have!

Mamanista Fridays: All White Everything

Happy Labor Day Weekend!  I'm so excited for this 3 day weekend I don't know what to do!  I'm looking forward to some chill time and shopping the sales!  Since Labor Day marks the unofficial end to summer and to wearing white.  Wearing white after Labor Day as not as taboo as it used to be.  Just don't rock a linen suit in the middle of winter.  I for one will be packing up most of my whites until Spring.  Mama Fashion Files and I thought it be perfect to rock all white again for Mamanista Friday to close out the summer. 

The Diet Diaries: Fabletics

You guys thought I fell all the way off on my weight loss plan didn't you?  Well, I kinda did but not completely.  After gaining back the weight I lost after Mister's birthday, I was a little sad (pissed).  I had to have a talk with myself.  Just because I have a few setbacks doesn't mean I have to give up completely.  After reevaluating what I was doing wrong (and eating a few chicken biscuits), I'm in a good place.  I also got some new workout clothes from Fabletics that have me excited to hit the gym.

Mamanista Fridays: Global Inspiration

Happy Mamanista Friday!  Can you believe September is in a week?!!  I'm so ready for fall fashion!  Too bad it's still crazy hot.   I hate dressing this time of the year.  You don't want to look too summery, but it's too hot to wear jackets in the day time.  Just a heads up, I will be rushing in fall fashions.  I kinda did for this weeks global inspired look for Mamanista Friday.

Summertime LBD

Last night I went to the Beyonce and Jay Z concert.  It was more than I could have ever dreamed of!  I'll share more about the concert soon.  Right now I can barely keep my eyes open but I wanted to share a LBD (little black dress) I wore to the Adorn Media Group roof top launch party last Saturday.
