Wish List: Funky Onesie

I love cool T-shirts and in baby sizes, I love them even more!  I think Peyton would love to express herself in one of these shirts from Minikin.

These shirts and onesie are $26 each.  Not too sure if I am willing to pay that just yet for a onesie, but they are pretty fly!  What do you think?

Peyton's Weekend Style

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Here is what P rocked to Gymboree class.
She is wearing the Little Miss Matched onesie we got at BRU for $2.50, Old Navy boyfriend jeans $3, Baby Gap jean jacket.  Snake skin Mary Jane's from Payless about $5.  Every one is still rocking the boyfriend jeans!

It got really cool in the A this weekend so this is what I threw on P to run to the store.

I figured she could rock this big hat since it was cool but the flower still kept it springy (and she was having a bad hair day). She shut it down at the grocery store with this hat : )  Shirt was $1 from H&M, jeans $3 from Old Navy, Nike shoes were a gift.

Peyton's Weekend Style!

Peyton was out all weekend!  Oh, and she is also a full time crawler as of this weekend!

On Friday she sported this to her Gymboree class.

This is a Tea dress that I got from the Children's Boutique Warehouse Sale for $10.  We wore it with her pink Ralph Lauren espadrilles, that came from the warehouse sale for $10

Saturday she went with Mommy to the gym and store in this hot pink dotted Carter's dress that was a gift from one of her Tee Tee's (my bff).

Sunday we took a last minute trip to the mall with her sporting this.

Cat Eye top was $3 from Target, gold linen like drawstring pants $5 from H&M and jean espadrilles from Old Navy for $10.  I love this fit!

Ok, I guess your not supposed to rock line until after Memorial Day but I think Peyton gets a pass cuz she is looking good in it.  Celebs do it all the time!

Breastfeeding and Backless Dresses?

I breastfeed,  actually, exclusively pumped for 6 months!  All the breastfeeding Mamas' know that breastfeeding takes a toll on the ladies.  I was a strong D before I was preg, now they are so deflated they look like a flat A cup!  I used to be able to rock backless dresses with out a bra if I had too with no prob.  NOW?  I would not dare go anywhere with out a bra!  Let alone out in a nice dress with no support!

For the Rock the Red Pump event, I wanted to wear my Trina Turk dress.  The dress is very conservative in the front and sexy in the back! I tried my hardest to figure out how to wear a bra with this dress, it keep poking out and I would have to continue to fuss with it all night to make sure nothing was showing.  I finally gave up and headed to Target and found this...

A backless Strapless bra from Lingerie Solutions. It was $18.99 at Target.  To my surprise, it did not move the whole night!  It is held on with this super sticky tape like tab.  I probably should have pulled it up higher : ).  This bra is supposed to be reusable up to 10 times.  It felt great to not have to worry about my girls all  night!

So ladies, don't be scared of backless and halter dress!  You can do it!

Red Pump Event!

March 10th was National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day.  To represent ladies wore red pumps!

Here are a few in my office.
That's me with the red blue and yellow, I hope that wasn't cheating : ) but when I stood up you only saw red : )  Those are Hale Bob shoes.

On Saturday I attended a Rock Red Pump Party thrown by Kontrol Magazine and hosted by super blogger Tami from Talking with Tami.  Here are some pics from the event.

My BFN, Me and the beauty editor of Kontrol Mag
My dress is Trina Turk from Neimans, can't remeber the price, got it pre-Peyton, belt is from Express, it was $30

Our shoes!  Mine are Michael Antonio, super cheap but fly!  $30!

Me with Tami

Even some guys got in on the Rock the Red!
Heeey!  Ok, I only included this back pic because I was wearing one of those backless bras, but I will talk about that more later this week.

Did you do rock red pumps?

Weekend Fashions!

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Friday Peyton went to her music class at Gymboree rocking this.
Dress $7 and leggings $1 from Target.  The Nike shoes were a gift.

Saturday we took a quick trip to the mall, Peyton was channeling spring with this floral top and jeans.
Jacket from Baby Gap, top from Old Navy, it was a gift.  Jeans are from Target $3.  Shoes are from Payless during the bogo event.

On Sunday since it was so nice, Peyton decided to bare those long legs of hers and pop her collar in this bold number to run with me to the store.  Dress is Carters and was a gift from Grandma.

No pictures please!
Peyton is definately on trend rocking the bold colors for the season.  We have seen it on the red carpet and on the runways.  Here is a look from Prada.

I think I may try out some bold looks myself!
