The Diaper Bags of Your Dreams!

While I was preggers I spent a lot of time obsessing over diaper bags!  My plan was to get a Gucci but I didn't feel it was funtional enought for the price.  I also wanted one to match her room and stroller.  So I ordered this Petunia Pickle Bottom Cake bag. 

Lovely isn't it! Looks like a big purse (that you can eat).  It also came with cross body strap. The price was about $300!  Then everything changed when I ended up getting this stroller a month before Peyton came.

The two don't even go together!  So I was not able to return the bag because I orded it from a boutique in Cali.  So I threw it on Ebay and it sold quickly.    So I kept looking and came across this bag.

JJ Cole Swag Bag.  Paid about $100 for it.  I lucked out I that I found a bag I like for this price!  Mister was happy!

It ended up being a durable bag!  I took several flight and wore it crossbody all the time.  But I still dream about diaper bags!  Here are some beauties that are out there now! I would take anyone of these!

Thursday I had the opportunity to attend the Fabulous Us Weekly Magazine Hot Hollywood party in Atlanta at Aurum Lounge.

Me on the red black carpet.  I am trying to learn how to pose.  I have a look on my face, like "am I doing it right".  Shoes are the Pippa from Sole Society.  I wore them all night and my feet did not hurt!  Winning!

I am with Atlanta Socialite and Photographer Kodak.  My dress is from French Connection!  I would have rather worn it to a wedding but since summer is almost over might as well rock it to a party!

Great event, I had a ball!  My new favorite song is that Everyday I'm Shuffling or Party Rock (not sure of the name) by LMFAO... I think.

Peyton's Weekend Style

Saturday Peyton and I headed to Lenox Mall in Atlanta to stop by the Carol's Daughter 2 year anniversary party for the store. 

Peyton is wearing a Faded Glory dress from Walmart that my niece purchased for $3.  Her rhinestone denim wedges are from Payless.

While at the mall we stopped at Neiman Marcus and Peyton loved this piano in the children's section.  She is a natural!

Love LaLa floral dress!  You can't go wrong with floral prints during the summer!  This is the last week!  Are you looking forward to fall as much as I am?

Lily Kai Vintage Trunk Show

This past Saturday I was invited by Kristian of Lily Kai Vintage Boutique to attend her summer cool down trunk show.  We were able to shop while sipping sangria!  Perfect!!!

I used to think vintage meant "old lady clothes". Not anymore! Do you see this beautiful young lady! Her dress is vintage! That top that I am holding did not fit (so mad)!  But how fly is that!

I left there with these two fabulous dresses!

I need to get a HOT belt for this one!

I would like to wear this with a fur faux vest and some knee high boots for the fall!

I wore these sandals to the event.  Got them from the Shoe Dazzle shoe club.  Now I am a Sole Society girl : )  Dang, my toes are a little ash... sorry!
