Memorial Day Essentials for Girls + Boys

It's hard to believe summer is almost here!  I mean, we just had snow storms in Georgia, now school is out.  With Memorial Day weekend coming up, I have to make sure Peyton is beach (or pool) ready.  I put together a few Memorial Day essentials for both boys and girls.

I think it’s safe to say that spring has arrived.  I’m about to head to the beach and I’m not ready!  I need at least 30 days to get my life together, eat better and work out.  I was doing well with my weight loss plan earlier this year.  I lost weight but the snow storms came, stores were closed and I ate whatever I could get my hands on.

What I Wore #BlogHer13

You know how you have these big plans on wearing all this cute stuff when you head out of town?  Then you go out of town and you are running around like crazy and you don't wear half the stuff?  Yeah, that happened to me for BlogHer!   I packed the usual two outfits per day, one for day and one for night.  Well the nighttime outfits didn't happen because I was still running the streets from earlier that day!  I had good intentions!  Here are the few outfits that I did wear. 

Vacation Wrap-Up

Our vacation has come and gone!  Peyton managed to stay very fashionable (HERE, HERE and HERE) while having a blast!  To see the joy in her eyes and the smile on her face was EVERYTHING to me!  Here is a little picture recap of our family vacation!

I was being Trina "McCorny" again!  Peyton and I dressed a like for dinner when we were on vacation.  I actually copied Peyton and she knew it!  I said "Your dressed like Mommy!".  Peyton says "No, you dress like Peyton!"  LOL! This child is a trip!

As you can see she is not into sharing the spotlight with me!

Peyton is still going on and on about her trip!  She is telling everyone about the dolphins, the turtles, the hotel and the beach! I can't wait to take her on another vacation! Here is my baby at the beach!

Panama Hat in Panama City!

I tried my best not to comb my hair during the trip, so having a cute hat was a must!  I think you should always have a cute hat on deck so you can look fab after being at the beach all day or getting your hair wet!   

I picked up this Panama hat from Target in the men section a few days before we left. 

Weekend Style: Flowers + the Beach

Hey Guys! We are back from our vacation in Panama City Beach, FL : (.  Peyton had the time of her life!  You would have thought she had been to the beach before!  I am so happy we were able to take a family trip!  Moving forward, I'm going to make sure we take a trip somewhere every year... preferably to the beach!
