Happy Holidays!  I still have a lot to do before Christmas. I have not wrapped one gift yet!  Our tree looks sad!  Friday night, I took Peyton to see the new Annie movie with Quvenzhane Wallis.  In Baby Shopaholic fashion, she wore an outfit from the Annie collection at Target.

Colorful Winter Casual

 I hope you all enjoyed your weekend.  We finally got a tree this weekend!  And Peyton is the Christmas Boss.  She went with Mister to pick out the tree, then came home to tell us how to decorate.  This girl wastes no time and plays no games when it comes to the Christmas tree.  Truth be told, if it wasn't for her, we probably wouldn't have a tree.  For Peyton's tree hunting adventure, we kept it casual with some bright colors.

Mamanista Fridays Link-Up: Fall Hats

Happy Mamanista Friday!  Temps are crazy low across the country this week.  Now we can pull out those cute coats from last year!  I totally forgot about most of my fall and winter coats from last year.  It was like shopping in my own closet.  In addition to wearing fly coats this season, I love wearing hats.  I'm a hat girl.  I grew up in a COGIC church where the ladies wore hats every Sunday.  I've been told I wear hats like a First Lady. LOL! 

Mamanista Fridays: Stripes

Happy Mamanista Friday!  Fall is almost here! Temps are dropping and I'm ready!  I say that now, but will be crying when the temps get in the teens.  This week for Mamanista Friday, Aracely and I kept it simple with stripes.  After getting a bad wrap from women over a size 2, stripes have made a comeback.

Since Thanksgiving is all about eating (and giving thanks), I like to wear something with a lot of room and that stretches.  Lawd knows I wanted to wear leggings and a t-shirt but since we had dinner at my Aunt-in-law's home, I figured I should wear some real clothes.

Thanksgiving Style

I can't believe Thanksgiving is this Thursday!  I'm still working on dinner plans.  I freaked out yesterday and purchased a small turkey.  Lawd knows I don't want to cook.  I don't know how you ladies do it!

I hope you guys had a great weekend.  We finally got some fall weather in Atlanta. I picked up a Leslie Tessler cape at the trunk show in Atlanta this weekend and this is the perfect weather to wear it.  I think the chill caught Peyton off guard when were taking pictures but she toughed through it.

Ugg SS14 #petiteParade Kids Fashion Week

If you've been following me on Twitter and Instagram, you saw that Peyton and I jetted off to NYC to attend the petiteParade Kids Fashion Week.  It was seriously a dream come true for us me to attend fashion shows with Peyton.  Some of the top children designers and brands showed at petiteParade during the two day event.  One of my fave brands for myself and Peyton, Ugg Australia showed us there 2014 Spring and Summer shoes.

Happy MLK Day and Happy Inauguration Day!  Too bad I am working today : (.  The weather in Atlanta was beautiful this weekend.  Since we got a break from the cold weather, Peyton wore cute puffer vest to keep warm.

These weekends are not long enough!  I hope you guys had a good one!  I am creeping into the Holiday spirit after having an fun dinner Saturday with my girlfriends and our families!  I had to take Peyton's pictures indoors because the dark caught us on Sunday.

Fabrik Holiday Style with My Style Vita

Last week I took a chance and took Peyton holiday fashion event at Fabrik Boutique in Midtown Atlanta hosted by my bloggy friend Jessica from My Style Vita.  With the holiday event gearing up there are so many fabulous events going on!  I hate leaving my baby doll so I put limits on how many nights a week I am away from her.  Jessica was such a sweet heart and suggested that I bring her.  Peyton is not a quite child and doesn't sit still!  Peyton is full of personality so I figured she would fit right in the grown folks fashion scene.

Since I am headed to New York next week for BlogHer I have been pretty low key with the shopping, especially since I will be dressed by Suakoko Betty! 

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!

One of the best sale of the year starts on July 20th!  It is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!  The reason it is one of the best is because it sale where Nordstrom brings out NEW fall items before they are available in most stores at almost half off!  Awesome huh!  I could not link the items because they were only available for early access reward members (that sounds snooty! LOL)

Weekend Style

Mama had a super crazy weekend!  Sorry this post is so late but I will hip you to everything this week!  Basically Mama attended two fashion shows and one of which I walked in!  It was not planned! Make sure you tune in all week to get all the details!  Because of all the craziness I didn't get to spend much time with my cupcake but I did take her out to breakfast on Sunday morning.

 Peyton is wearing a Sesame Street t-shirt from Target.  Skinny jeans from Old Navy which are actually flooding but I threw on her Ugg boots so you couldn't really tell too much : ).  Her cardigan is from Gap.  Great way to wear t-shirts while it is still cool.

I have created a monster!  Lil Mama got her hand on her hip!

I hope everyone had a great weekend.  Nothing much going on this weekend but hunting for a dress for the movie premier.  No luck!  I saw a couple that may work if I have to.  Everyting is online and that makes me nervous.  I took her pictures at the mall since we were out all day.
