This week has been rough. After my return from LA, I ended up with a sinus infection.  I finally went to the doctor so I'm on my way back up.  I'm trying to hide my pain wearing a this hat for this weeks Mamanista Friday Snicker Chic look.

Sizzle Show Down at Macy's + What I wore

Saturday, Peyton and I hit the red carpet for the Macy's Culinary Council Sizzle Showdown.  Six grill masters showed up at Macy's at Lenox Square Mall to compete to be named the next Great American Guru!

Monochromatic + Puffs Kisses

Earlier this week I got to attend an awesome event sponsored by Puffs at Adore Salon in Atlanta to support Dress for Success!   I tried to do something different and rock a monochromatic look.  They say it's supposed to make you look thinner....I need all the thin looking I can get!

The Statement Sweatshirt

During the holiday's I didn't feel like getting dressed much so I was all about the easy and no fuss outfits.  I wore my new jeweled sweatshirt to dinner with one of my besties.

Last Wednesday, I was invited to celebrate Cox Conserves Hero at WSB-TV in Atlanta.  Cox Conserves Hero created by Cox Enterprises, honors environmental volunteers and donates to local nonprofits on their behalf.

Mama's Crossbody Bag

I have been obsessed with cross body bags.  I am so glad they are so in style right now and so functional.  Especially having a baby!  I can't really carry a purse because that is just too much stuff so I my wallet, phone and keys into my baby bag.  Then the next day I head to work forgetting my wallet in the diaper bag. 

Here is my solution!

This beautiful Marc by Marc Jacobs bag.  It's too cute and I love the color!  I can wear it with Peyton and out , dress it up or down.  I can remove the straps and use it as a clutch.

I got this bag at the Cusp Neiman Marcus store in the Water Tower in Chicago.
