Fall Florals

If you were waiting for it or not, fall is in full swing.  Recently, I've been participating in a heated fashion debate at work.  Because Atlanta is still pretty warm, high 60's, the question is do you dress for the weather or the season?  Being the fashion girl that I am and I love fall fashion, I always say dress season appropriate.  I'm not saying if it hits 70 degrees you have to wear a sweater or wool coat but it's time to put up those summer dresses, booty shorts and linen pants away.  It pains me to see someone wearing Easter colors in the fall if it isn't a sweater or a coat.  There are several ways you can dress for the weather and still be season appropriate.  I found the perfect fall floral peasant top for the season.

This week has been rough. After my return from LA, I ended up with a sinus infection.  I finally went to the doctor so I'm on my way back up.  I'm trying to hide my pain wearing a this hat for this weeks Mamanista Friday Snicker Chic look.

Weekend Warrior Outfit

My weekends are getting pretty busy with no end in site.  This past Saturday morning I had a makeup date to support my blogger buddy, Jenny Sue Makeup for a huge makeup event at Bloomingdale's.  I had a ton of other errands to run so I put on my weekend warrior uniform which consists of a button down, boyfriends and my awesome parka/trench from Lulu's.

Mamanista Fridays: Trench Coat (Kinda)

Since spring is taking it's sweet little time to come, Mama Fashion File and I are styling our trench coats for Mamanista Friday.  Unfortunately, my coat isn't exactly a trench coat.  What had happened was... in my head, I keep telling myself it was a trench coat even though it's really a parka.  So act like you didn't notice because this coat from Lulu's is super cute.

Mamanista Fridays: Florals

This year is moving at record speeds!  I can't believe it's about to be March!  When March arrives I tend to move full speed with spring fashions.  This week for Mamanista Fridays we are wearing florals.  Florals are on trend for spring.  I actually own more floral items than I thought. I have a few pair of pants, dresses, tops and skirts.   I decided to wear the new addition to my floral collection, a navy floral dress from Lulu's.
