Skinny + Spiked Nog #SweetNLowStars

This week I made my Sweet’N Low Skinny + Spiked Nog as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars #SweetNLowStars.
You can't celebrate the holidays without having a delicious drink.  I've gotten pretty good about coming up with my own easy low calorie and low sugar drinks that you can make at home using Sweet'N Low.  Not only will you save big bucks, but you save room in your waist line.  Lawd knows I need to be counting every calorie.  I'm still going hard on the eating from Thanksgiving.  I know you've noticed on my pictures but just act like you didn't.  I found a way to make the guilt free drink of the season, Eggnog.

Sweet'N Low is a great sugar-free and diabetic friendly alternative to using real sugar during the holidays.  You can almost make a skinny version of all your favorite drinks this holiday.
For the Skinny & Spiked Nog you will need the following ingredients:
  • 8 oz of almond milk nog
  • 3 packets of Sweet'N Low
  • 1-2 shots of dark Rum (depending on your tolerance level)
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Pour the rum and almond milk nog in a glass and stir.  Add in the Sweet'N Low packets and stir.  Then add the nutmeg and cinnamon and stir.  This recipe will make 2 servings at about 100 calories per serving and about 10 grams of sugar.  I've seen some pre-made egg nog with as much as 30 grams of sugar alone.  I would have mad the nog from scratch but I quickly figured out "ain't no body got time for that".
I have to pat myself on the back!  This Skinny + Spiked Nog is delish!  If you come to my house between now and Christmas, this is what you will be drinking.  I really enjoy the challenge of make skinny versions of my favorite drinks.  Not only will this Sweet'N Low Nog help you save a few calories, but it's also diabetic friendly!  Visit Sweet'N Low HERE for more recipes and follow on Facebook for updates.

What's your favorite holiday drink?
