This week I made my Sweet’N Low Skinny + Spiked Nog as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars #SweetNLowStars.
For the Skinny & Spiked Nog you will need the following ingredients:
- 8 oz of almond milk nog
- 3 packets of Sweet'N Low
- 1-2 shots of dark Rum (depending on your tolerance level)
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Pour the rum and almond milk nog in a glass and stir. Add in the Sweet'N Low packets and stir. Then add the nutmeg and cinnamon and stir. This recipe will make 2 servings at about 100 calories per serving and about 10 grams of sugar. I've seen some pre-made egg nog with as much as 30 grams of sugar alone.
