My "Shopping" Bags: Before + After

Due to lack up sleep, I wake up with "shopping" bags under my eyes!  I don't do anything about them, just hope they disappear later in the day.  Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't.  But a few months ago I received a sample of Masque Ology in my Birch Box!
When I saw that the package says "Reduce Puffiness" I was intrigued!  I thought the list of ingredients was pretty interesting!

Benefits:
• Reduces puffiness under the eyes
• Helps brighten and refresh the eye area

Key Ingredients:
• Hydrolyzed Collagen
Keeps skin supple and prevents it from wrinkling and sagging
Optimize the hydration and firmness of the skin
Improves the elasticity of the skin and collagen production
• Caviar
Regenerating qualities
Improves and nourishes skin cells
Stimulates skin collagen synthesis and elastin
• Pearl Powder
Keeps skin smooth, soft and supple
Prevents pigmentation by slowing down the development of melanin
Natural Moisturizer and proteins that renew the skin cells
Contains 20-22 amino acids important building blocks
• Algae
Rich in vitamins, sea minerals and amino acids
Great detoxification properties and anti-oxidant
• Adenosine
Anti-inflammatory

I started with a clean face and put on the eye mask.  Very cool feeling, similar to an ice pack, when I placed the mask under my eyes.  No burning or irritation.  I left them on longer than the 20 mins suggested.  Nor did I get a chance to relax while I had it on like the package suggested.  Life of a Mom!

Here is my before and after (don't mind my dark circles).  No flash was used but the lighting is a little different in the picture.  I did notice the puffiness and the redness went down.  It's not a major difference but I can tell that this product could be pretty awesome if used multiple times.   I will be trying this again!

Do you get "Shopping" bags under your eyes?  What do you use or do to minimize them?

*I was not compensated in any way for this post.

  1. I'm going to try these. I have carry on luggage under my eyes. Started out of nowhere and I do not like it! I will google the product to see where I can buy it.

I like the new look of the blog by the way!

  3. I might need to try these. I prefer to use organic or natural products but as I have been putting in more hours the more my bags are not cute...
