I know what some (maybe just a few) are thinking... "You don't need to loose weight, you look fine." I know (JK). Problem is I can't fit into any of my clothes. I'm down to a handful of items that I can fit. I've gained almost 20 pounds in the last year! Yes 20! Besides being pregnant, this is my heaviest weight ever! I lost about 10 pounds with Weight Watchers early this year but I've gained it back, plus a few more. No one to blame but myself. I love french fries and chicken biscuits.
Mister was getting on me for wearing all black. He said you couldn't see my rolls that good. He almost got a Bruce Leroy kick to the head. I told him I was not trying to humiliate myself. While I may look pretty decent on the front view, all the action is happening on the side profile. Hence, why I don't move in my photos. Do you see that waistline? I don't know where my waist stops and my butt begins. LOL! But I'm not looking for a pity party. I thought if I put it out there it will force me to make changes and possibly motivate others along the way.
I'm not giving up on my closet of wonderful clothes or putting myself at risk for preventable diseases because I want to eat french fries three times a day. I want to be a healthy fly and fit mom. So now it's out there. I'll check-in next week with some updates. Wish me luck!
You look great but I know just how you feel. My clothes still don't fit right after having Frances the second baby weight is hard to get off. I will be following along and hopefully I can get some inspiration from you because I too love me some french fries and chicken biscuits!
ReplyDeleteGirl, I can totally identify with where you're coming from. ReplyDeleteI think this is awesome! My problem is sweets. I always need to have dessert after lunch and dinner, not good! I know you'll reach your goal and hopefully I can get on my grind as well. Thanks for the motivation.
ReplyDeleteThe same here, I just gave birth to my second child and I'm not comfortable with my weight now. It's been two months and only 7lbs down, I have 10lbs to loose.

Best wishes. I am in the same boat (outside of the kid). I am just ridiculous. This is the heaviest I've ever been, and I hate taking pictures. I need to work on my diet. I have my bad days where all I want is a coke and chocolate.
ReplyDeleteGood luck!! I too need to lose some weight, like ASAP. I wish to train and tone my arms, waist and thighs. The booty is okay but it could use some sculpting, lol. (Hence, no back views in my photos.) Im gonna join you, wish me luck.
ReplyDeleteI feel you 100%. It's a struggle. I for one LOVE snacks. Pop corn, chips, candy, yea...all that. Best wishes to you and can't wait to see the positive results!

ReplyDeleteTrina, I've struggled since I turned 35. When I'm really trying to lose a few pounds, I drink hot, unsweetened green tea at least twice a day. It seems to curb my appetite for sweets and my beloved french fries. :-)
ReplyDeleteMaybe we can share tips. I just want to eat healthy and stop so much fast foods and greasy snacks.
ReplyDeleteHey!! I'm on board with you!! I've got to get my waistline back!!
