Rip the Runway at Bloomingdale's {Video}

I hope you guys had a great weekend.  Peyton and I have been going non-stop since Friday.  Mama is so tired today, hence the late post. On Saturday afternoon, Peyton hit the runway for Bloomingdale's BKids back to school fashion show.

It's almost here!  The Center for Black Women's Wellness Family Health and Beauty Expo is this Saturday in Atlanta!  I will be hosting the Mommy & Kids Fashion show during the event!

Oscar is known for shutting down the red carpet with is his fabulous designs.  You know he would bring it for the kids at New York Fashion Week!

Runway Red 2012 Celebrity Kids Fashion Show

Last Saturday I attended the Runway Red Kids Fashion Show benefiting Show Me the Way Foundation at the Atlanta Zoo.  Show Me The Way helps to support kids that are infected/ affected by HIV/AIDS.  The Runway Red show features local celebrity kids working the runway!

One of the hottest Children's Fashion Shows is back again in Atlanta on August 11, 2012!

ATLANTA-The Show Me the Way foundation and African Pride Dream Kids are excited to welcome music royalty to the 2012 Runway Red: Wonderland Safari charity kids fashion show. The event is set to take over ZOO Atlanta located at 800 Cherokee Avenue SE, Atlanta, GA 30315 at 7pm on Saturday, August 11, 2012. International superstar Akon's sons will walk the runway along with the children of hip hop's king of the south TI. Former heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield's little one's will participate and Chilli from TLC's son will return for a repeat performance.

I attended the Runway Red Fashion Show last year and it was OFF THE CHAIN!  See my recap HERE!  Better then most adult shows that I have attended!  I hope Peyton will be able to rip the runway next year : ).

Mama Met Zac Posen!

Sorry I have been keeping this from yall but last week I was blessed to attend the Zac Posen Fall 2012 fashion show at Neiman Marcus benefiting National Black Art Festival.

This is going to be a two part post.  This post is all about the show!  Let me just say, I felt like I was in a dream.  How could this be real!  I have been a long time fan of Zac Posen.  Especially the dresses that were in the first Sex in the City movie! Too die for!

Are you still there?  The finale red dress had my knees and hands shaking!  These pieces looked just as incredible going as they did coming!  Zac Posen said the Fall 2012 collection was inspired by the Far East.  Each piece has Asian inspired details.  Zac Posen definitely brought New York Fashion week to Atlanta!
