The Diet Diaries: Fabletics

You guys thought I fell all the way off on my weight loss plan didn't you?  Well, I kinda did but not completely.  After gaining back the weight I lost after Mister's birthday, I was a little sad (pissed).  I had to have a talk with myself.  Just because I have a few setbacks doesn't mean I have to give up completely.  After reevaluating what I was doing wrong (and eating a few chicken biscuits), I'm in a good place.  I also got some new workout clothes from Fabletics that have me excited to hit the gym.

Sorry my hair and makeup is a mess but I was heading to a Zumba class.  How perfect is this fit for Zumba or the gym period?  I've always shied away from anything other than black when I go to the gym.  Something about these pants, including the awesome compression and high waist, made me feel like a real get in shape girl!  The Fabletics fabric on my crop leggings is thick, stretchy and slimming.  I love the fit of my light weight racer back tank.  Until I get skinny, I plan to stay away from tight fitting tops.

Since I stopped being so hard on myself about my weight loss progress I lost 5  more pounds!  And I've been eating carbs!  Just a lot less of it.  I really think stressing out about losing weight works against you.  I'm just happy the numbers are moving in the right direction and I'm able to fit in a few more of my clothes.  How is your fitness or weight loss journey going?
