Fro Fashion Week: Mama on the Runway

This is kind of a long story.  My sister Constance from Indianapolis who is a natural hair stylist came to Atlanta for Fro Fashion Week.  I had some blogger friends that were going so I told her I would hang out with her.  I normally rock the Long Hair Don't Care (extensions) but my hair is natural (no relaxer) underneath.  To get in the spirit of Fro Fashion Week plus it was over due, I took my hair down.  And here I am looking like Peyton Senior!

So on Saturday late afternoon as I was about to head home to rest before the penthouse party for Fro Fashion Week I was AMBUSHED!  Yes, a hair stylist rolled up on me with camera's in tow!  Asking if I was down to be made over.  I thought I looked pretty decent!???  I guess I did need a hair make over by the end of the day!  So I reluctantly agreed to be the AMBUSHED makeover and to walk in the Fro Fashion Show the next day!

Next thing I know, I am sitting in a hotel room with a towel on my head!  So Celeb Hair Stylist Key hooked me up!  Key hooked up my hair Saturday using the new natural hair products, Curls Unleashed by Organic Root Stimulator.

I think I walked looking down the whole time!  I was so nervous!  Yall know I am not shy but I really don't like cameras or all eyes on me! Something told me not to eat any carbs last week!
