Fall Preview at Carter's + OshKosh Headquarters

Another one of my (kid) fashion dreams have come true!  I had the privilege of spending the afternoon at the headquarters of largest children's apparel company, Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh!  Can you believe they are headquartered in Atlanta and Peyton and I don't have a key card? Of course, I was more than happy to attend Carter's insider event during Mom 2.0.  

All White Before Memorial Day

I used to stick by the rule, you can't wear white until after Labor Day.  For the last few years, I've been sneaking in a little white here and there.  I was getting my Olivia Pope on when I wore an all white pant suit to a party for Mom 2.0 last week.  Speaking of Olivia Pope, did you know Kerri Washington had her baby 2 weeks ago?  Straight B6-13 style.

Bloomingdales + Atlanta Women's Foundation

One in four single moms living in the Atlanta metro area live below the poverty line.  Everyday 81,000 women and girls wake up in poverty.  Across the country, poverty rates for women are higher than men.  The Atlanta Women's Foundation is on a mission to help change the lives of women and to end generational poverty.  I recently had the honor of recently participating in a Bloomingdale's fashion preview and shopping event that would support the Atlanta Women's Foundation.

Posh Peyton

I hope you guys had a fab weekend.  I attended the Mom 2 Summit conference in Atlanta so my weekend was pretty hectic.  I was bounce back and forth to the conference and spending time with Peyton.  The weather was beautiful, officially shorts season.  Peyton wore her cutoff shorts from Posh Peyton, perfect name for a stylish children's boutique.

Happy Mamanista Friday!  I'm kicking it at the Mom 2.0 conference in Atlanta this weekend. Cherokee Queen

If you have a little girl age 2 and up, I'm pretty sure she is obsessed with Frozen or Queen Elsa.  Don't shoot me but I never watched Disney movies growing up so I'm not into these princess movies.  I may have saw one or two in my life.  But my little Miss Peyton, Obsessed!  She watches the movie almost every day and has the Let it Go song down loaded on every device, including Mister's phone.   She called my mom yesterday and song her the WHOLE song and would not give me the phone until she was done.  At the end, my mom was like, "What was she singing?" LOL!  With that being said, Peyton is back on the princess kick.  She only wants to wear princess dresses like Queen Elsa and of course a crown.  Peyton has been begging to wear this beautiful dress she recently received from Cherokee line from Target.
