Versona Accessories Grand Opening

I was invited to the Grand Opening of Versona Accessories in the Atlanta Metro area.  I had never heard of Versona but I took a look at the site and liked what I saw.  So Peyton and I headed to Versona to see what they were about.

I was impressed by the size of the store.  It was huge and tons of accessories and clothing.  I didn't know where to start!

The store was very organized.  Each section had a certain color or look.  If you had a certain type of piece in mind you can go straight to that area.

 Peyton had a ball trying on some fabulous items.  Check out my future beauty queen. Toddlers and Tiaras?

There were just too many things that I wanted from Versona!  They had everything and more!  I had a basket full and it was hard to narrow it down.  Here is what I left with.

 I had to get these sunglasses!  They were only $7.99.

I love me some statement earrings but I need some small ones too.  I picked up these David Yurman inspired earrings : )

Can you believe they had this necklace for $17.99!  I saw the similar H&M necklace on blogs and have been stalking the more expensive one at J Crew.  This alone made my night.  They have a coral one that I think I will grab this weekend!

 I just love this pink necklace.  Only $14.99.

Versona also carries shoes!!!  I knew I was in trouble.  I manged to get out of there with just getting one pair for $39.99.  I was on the hunt for some fun pink shoes for the Spring and Summer. 

There was so much more that I wanted!  They had cute clutches, dresses, hats and more!  I am going to make it my business to get there at least once a month.  What do you think of my buys?

Monday Mingle: Mimi's Birthday!

On Friday night I went out to celebrate one of my bloggy BFF's, Glossy Mimi's Birthday!

 Here is Mimi and I before the night got crazy! 

Is that the Double 3's Mimi is throwing up?   We started off with late dinner at the Cheesecake Factory! YUMM!

I wore my Kardashian Kollection blazer from Sears.  I am in love with the blazers from this line. Jeans are from Forever 21.  Belt from Target.  Top is actually a DKNY shape wear top from Nordstroms.  These tops are my new best friend!  It held me in and smoothed me out.  I will be getting a few more!

Sorry for the quality of the pictures, only had my phone.  If you follow both of us on twitter, you saw that we were tweeting from the dance floor!  After that, the details are a little fuzzy... All I know is that Mimi's beautiful hair ended up in a slick back bun!  Good times!

Weekend Style: Rain Boots

Hope you guys had a great weekend! The first day of March, the Atlanta weather was beautiful.  Friday, it went down in the dumps.  It was cold and wet on Friday and Saturday.  On the bright side, Peyton was able to wear new Hunter rain boots.

 Jacket, North Face; Shirt, Tea Collection; Jeans, Joe's Jeans; Legwarmers; Etsy (I don't think the store is open anymore).

I purchased these Hunter 'Petite Brixen' Boots from Gilt for $42.  The original price of these are $80. 

Everybody and there mama has some Wellies, except me.  I would love some Hunter, Burberry or Gucci rain boots but I don't think I will get my monies worth.   Do you have rain boots?  Do you wear them a lot?

Lily Kai Vintage & Vino Party

Last Friday I attended the Lily Kai Vintage and Vino Party.  Lily Kai is an online vintage boutique with some awesome pieces.

I am wearing a leopard top from Love Culture.  Jeans are ElieTahari.  I just picked up this Dalia Collection moto jacket from the consignment shop that always talk about for $35! Airplane ring and earrings from Pretty Girl Glam.  Shoes from my Shoe Guy.

February Birch Box and a Great Moisturizer!

Yeah I said it! February.  Sorry for posting about the Birch Box so late but I wanted to try out some of the products first.  Too bad I didn't.

The February Birch Box left a lot to be desired.  I was not thrilled about anything in the box.  I do plan on using the Eye Rock Designer Liner tattoos.  To my surprise... I received a second surprise special addition package from Birch Box with Vichy products. Never heard of them.

 Great full size samples of skin care products.

I am a sucker for a great moisturizer so I tried the Aqualia Thermal Cream Fortifying & Soothing 24Hr Hydrating Care cream immediately.  Let me tell you it is the best that I have ever used!  I purchased a full size one immediately!  It was only $30!  I normally spend over $50 on my current moisturizers.  My forehead, which is huge, usually flakes because my skin is so dry.  No more flakes after using this!  If you have dry skin, get this immediately and thank me later! I also tried the face wash a few times.  I think its good but I still love my Bobbi Brown lathering tube soap.
