Saturday, I got to check out the 11th Annual Honda Battle of the Bands presented by Verizon Wireless! The Honda Battle of the Bands invitational highlights eight of the nation’s top Historically Black College and University (HBCU) marching bands. These band definitely brought it and made me dance!

How can these bands play instruments and know where to walk on a football field at the same time?
Since I didn't attend a HBCU, I really enjoy events like this! It was a great time and all the bands did awesome! They all left with grant money for their schools from Honda, Verizon and SunTrust! I can not imagine the time and dedication it takes for each band member! Kudos to you! Were you in a Band in College or High School? Do

Honestly, I'm just a big ol' band geek at heart, I totally dig this stuff (c; And yikes, I don't even like putting on a bathing suit to go to the pool...so don't even get me started on those uniforms and then *DANCING* in front of a stadium full of people!!!
