Macy's Pink Pig is Here!

This year has flown by!  I can not believe its is almost November!  With that being said, the Pink Pig has arrived at Macy's!  Mister and I took Peyton to the 2012 grand opening of the Pink Pig this past Saturday.  Riding the Pink Pig is an Atlanta tradition at Macy's (Rich's) since the 1950's.  Kids ride the Pink train through a live story book starring Priscilla the Pink Pig!

Kid's Fashion Show at CBWW Family Health + Beauty Expo

It's almost here!  The Center for Black Women's Wellness Family Health and Beauty Expo is this Saturday in Atlanta!  I will be hosting the Mommy & Kids Fashion show during the event!

Last Tuesday was picture day at Peyton's school!   I can't believe she is taking school pictures!  You know I stressed a little about what she is going to wear.  Since I wasn't going to be there I didn't want anything too fussy.  I decided on this cute colorful dress from Zutano!

Hope you guys had a great weekend!  My weekend was super jammed packed!  The Naturally Glam Mommy & Me event went down on Sunday!  It was off the chain!  I can not wait to share details.  But I am one exhausted mommy right now!  Bare with me while I catch up! 

The First Dynamic Kids Expo went down on October 13!  I was really excited for the show because it showcased talented kids doing there thing!  It is always great for kids to have an outlet to express themselves and for the parent to nurture their talents!  There was ton's for the kids to do at the expo.  There was face painting, bouncy houses, games and performances!

I was in Bloomingdale's last week, trying to rush out to meet some girlfriends for dinner, but I was stopped dead in my tracks!  I rolled up on the new MCM collection.  When I think of MCM, I think of British Knight and Salt n Pepper!  But boy how things have changed!

Happy Friday!!!  I totally jumped on the Camo train!  When my girl Tasha, owner of Imperfect Concepts, started selling them I knew I had to have one.  I found my self getting sad every time some one instagramed their fabulous jacket from her boutique.  So I did it!

It finally feels like fall in Atlanta!  The temp has been in the low 60's this week so jackets are a must!  I was super excited to pull out some of our recent purchases from Zutano! 

Hip Hop Awards Red Carpet with My Verizon Galaxy 3S

So did yall watch the BET Hip Hop awards?  You know I was on the Red Carpet but didn't know most of the artist.  But tribute for record exec Chris Lighty (RIP) at the end was beyond awesome with Missy, Fat Joe, Tribe Called Quest, Busta Rhymes ....  I was cutting some rug!  I also loved the Cyphers!  My Verizon Samsung Galaxy IIIS held me down on the red carpet!  Here are some pics that I instagramed from the red carpet on my Galaxy!

Mama's Birthday Outfit

Thank You guys for all the wonderful Birthday Wishes!  It was a great one!  The party got started on Saturday night with a girls night out with my buddies!  I did not take any pictures before I headed out, so smart me decides to take some in the dark after being out and a few several drinks.

Saturday, I had an amazing opportunity to be a red carpet correspondent for Bag Ladies Radio at the BET Hip Hop Awards.  Bah-nan-nahs!  I am so grateful for this opportunity.  I was out there to check out the fashions, seeing who was Haute and who was NOT!

Happy October!!!  Where did September go?  I swear it was only two weeks long!  My Birthday is next Monday and I am ok with being another year older!
