They have great pre-made stuff ...Trader Joe's. They have great pre-made stuff that you can throw in the microwave. None of the super tiny portion, tastes like a freezer meal stuff. My favorite is their frozen chicken tikka masala. Also, being 5'10" and large framed, I eat 1800 calories when I am dieting, otherwise I find myself way too tempted and it all backfires on me. The last thing I do is more SLEEP.
